Registration

Registration is required for all SIT 2018 participants, including invited speakers.

Included in registration fees : Full board accommodation, coffee breaks, animation and conference materials.

Early bird registration before 29 June, 2018

  1. –Regular participants : 650 euros

  2. –Invited Speakers : 400 euros

  3. –Day only (5 days , no room, no sunday evening programme) : 250 euros

  4. –Single day (1 day, no room, no dinner) : 50 euros

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS (1) Pre-registration and (2) final registration THAT REQUIRES FILLING TWO FORMS CANNOT BE DONE ON THE SAME DAY

 

Registration process:

  • Step 1: Click this link to fill out the Pre-Registration form. You will receive a confirmation email containing the link to step 2.
  • Step 2: Payment of registration fees. Payment will be confirmed by an emailed receipt.
